The Property Manager will obtain the final deed through the Town of Stowe. Completion of your deed involves coordination between your realtor and attorney, facilitating the transfer through legal representation. Deed processing typically takes 5 weeks or more.
Until you receive your updated deed, payments can be made by mailing a check to 31 Mountainside Drive, Stowe VT 05672. Alternatively, debit or credit card payments can be arranged by contacting the office at 1(802)253-8610. Once the property has your recorded deed, you can create an owner’s portal account for online payments.
Once the Property Manager has received and processed your recorded deed showing ownership, you can register for an account using your alphanumeric account number (provided by the Property Manager) followed by your personal 5-digit zip code. The owner’s portal allows you to manage payments, view statements, pay taxes, and process maintenance fees.
