Travel Safe Updates:

  • Please review this link for the most up-to-date requirements by the state: Executive Orders
  • Vermont Residents welcome without restrictions.
  • Travelers who travel from a county with a similar active COVID-19 caseload as Vermont as identified by the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development may travel to and from Vermont without quarantine requirements. Residents from these non-quarantine areas must travel directly to Vermont in their personal vehicles.

  • Travelers from a high-risk area not identified as having a similar active COVID-19 caseload must meet the restrictions below:
    • EFFECTIVE 6/15: Guests from outside of the non-quarantine areas may complete either: (i) a 14-day quarantine; or (ii) a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test in their home state before coming to Vermont. Guests must drive directly from their home to Vermont in their personal vehicle.
    • EFFECTIVE 6/15: Guests from outside of the non-quarantine areas traveling by any mode of travel may complete either: (i) a 14-day quarantine; or (ii) a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test in a Vermont lodging establishment regardless of the destination origin. Guests completing their quarantine in Vermont must stay in their quarantine location for the duration of quarantine other than to travel to and from a test site.

What do we need from you?

  • All guests and owners will be required to provide an email address and valid phone number in order to stay on the property. 
  • All guests and owners must complete the required form and return it to the front desk via email: prior to arrival.
  • Register with Sara Alert once in VT.

Safety Points:

  • If you need to interact with staff at anytime, we ask that the interaction be limited to one person in your party, a mask be worn at all times and a social distance boundary of 6 feet or more is respected.
  • Office staff will be primarily working remotely and should be contacted via phone or email.

  • If you do need to enter the office or interact with staff, masks are required and social distancing rules apply. Please do not send more than one person from your party to the office. 
  • We will be putting in place as best as possible a 24/72-hour window in between rentals in the same unit.
  • We will be following a rigorous cleaning protocol as instructed by the CDC
  • Our staff will be following social distancing by having little to no contact with guests
  • Our staff will be doing a health check before each shift and wearing masks at all time.

Property Access and Amenities:

  • Our indoor pool and hot tub are now OPEN!

  • Access to the community laundry facilities are open with sanitizing in between usage.
  • Our playground area is off-limits.
  • Groups of more than 25 are prohibited anywhere on the property.

In-House Guest/Owner Procedures:

      • You will receive an email from the front office once your unit is available to occupy along with instructions for a contactless check-in. 
    • Check-Out Procedures: 
      • Guests are to leave keys in the unit and email/call the front desk to announce their departure.
  • Unit Inventory
    • The following items have been removed from each unit to create less touch points. If you need any of the items listed below, please contact our front desk prior to arrival.
      • Guest information books
      • Clothing hangers
      • Extra bedding/blankets
    • Other items have been replaced with disposable options. 
  • Weekly Towel Exchange
    • For our timeshare guests who stay on the property for 7+ days, we have always offered a weekly towel exchange. In order to adhere to new guidelines, we will be following a new process. If you will need new towels during your stay, please contact the front desk PRIOR to arrival. A bag with replacement towels will be placed in your unit prior to arrival. Used towels can be bagged and left in the unit to be picked up by housekeeping at your departure.
